A whole month! They just had a break people.

I know. I can't believe it too. What kinda idiot runs FOX anyway? You don't take away 4 weeks of potential episodes of one of the best shows on your network. You take the crappy ones away. ARGH! 4 weeks of agonizing over who Seth picks is gonna suck. And 4 weeks without Seth's one liners that always crack me up. Or Cohen family scenes in their kitchen.

I heard after the Dec. 17 episode, the next one will come out January 21 or something.

I actually see it the other way 'round (let's neglect the fact that since Anna came along Summer suddenly has found a personality for a sec): you can't be in love with someone you don't know. You can be obsessed about someone in the sense that all you think about is that person. You can desire that person, you can have fantasies (not necessarily speaking of, you know, dirty ones, just fantasies in the sense that you try to picture what it would be like to be with that person), but you can't be in love.

IMO, what Seth had about Summer... it was kind of an obsession, and since she was his focal point in anything that happened, he of course knew all the minor details about her life (well, the facts that he could gather up) and memorized them.
You cannot tell me he was in love with her because before Ryan came along they never even talked.

Anyway: Anna - Now there's a girl in flesh and blood, not a fairly-tale like creature like the Summer in Seth's mind. So, all of a sudden his world (previously consisting of Summer) expands, and he realizes there are other people, also other girls. The problem we are having now (or rather, that Seth is having) consists of the fact that Summer all of a sudden has found her interest in Seth, triggered mainly by jealousy. If Summer hadn't started to act like a person all of a sudden, Seth wouldn't even be thinking about her anymore. She'd simply cease to be that unreal fanatsy in his head, you know?

Not sure if any of this makes sense. Also, don't take that as an offense. It's just my two cents.

Oh, and lastly... I'm not even sure who I want Seth with. I like Anna, but I like Summer, too.

Hmmm... alright I see where you guys are going with the S/A stuff. And I agree. Anna's perfect for him. They have a lot in common and Seth and Summer have... none, but there's more to Seth and Summer than his obsession with her.

OK, so let's say he didn't actually love her, he was just obsessed with her, but he did get to know her. He knows what he's in for. He knows she's this... bitch, but like he told Anna, he can't not like her. And I don't think Summer's feelings for him only came up because of jealousy. She would've been jealous in Cotillion already when Seth chose to be Anna's partner instead of hers. She started liking him before Anna came back into the picture. The scenes in The Escape, The Rescue, and the one before The Perfect Couple that I've forgotten the name off... well it showed that there was definitely something going on between the two. That she felt something for him other than annoyance.

Wow, OK that's a long post...

I like Summer! I heard on Fox News Live that the girl playing Anna was leaving soon. And plus I have always liked Summer & Seth!

I like Seth with Summer.. their bickering is hilarious and theyre just too cute..annas kinda boring
