Adam Brody was so good in this episode. The facial expressions he made when he learned about The Nana's cancer spoke volumes. It broke my heart. :(

I thought the fact of Summer learning all she could to impress Nana was so sweet. I agree that it was a sad part. I am so glad that Marissa stood up to her mother. And it was way over due, the slap across the face she gave to Luke! I am happy to see that the Nana is getting treatment. Maybe they can all find a way to become closer and make up for all the lost time.

I can't wait until next week.

I was so happy when Kirsten stood up for herself- I swear that woman gets bullied by EVERYONE sometimes- her family and his!

The Nana was so funny when she said she Hated Schwartzenager lol

oh and I loved when Summer told Seth "I'm even gonna out Jew you."

I'm glad the Nana is getting treatment. If I was Marissa I wouldn't have slapped Luke. I would have kneed him in the ...jollies, and saved the slap for my moms. Julie was way in bitch mode- and even past that she was beyond out of line.

It's about time Jimmy and Haley get their acts together...together lol.

And wasn't the way Seth was correcting Summer's pronounciations so cute? (*awwwwwwwwww*)

I also loved the interaction between Rissa and Ryan. I like that the only place she felt safe, was the place he came from. I was a little startled at first, but it wasn't like she had an abundance of other options either so it played out not too too unrealistic.

Later,
Vix

I agree. I was really hating Marissa after the whole Oliver fiasco, but now she's growing on me again, and I'm almost hoping for a Ryan/Marissa reunion.
