I may be way too sentimental but I think the one part of the series that is a must is when Liz and Maria confront Max, Izzy, and Mickey.

It shows the heirarchy of the aliens before even they know it. Max makes the final decision. And it's all of them now. Not three and two- just them.

OR!

In the same aspect when the six of them are standing at the quary and Max says that the only people he trusts are the five with him. The unity is important when carrying such a big plot point on simply keeping secrets.

Um... Okay, I have it. It's actually the moment that has haunted me most because I always thought it summed up the crap they had gone through so well:

Michael blowing up the jeep in Departure.

Probably the scene in "Crazy" where all six of them (Max, Michael, Isabel, Liz, Maria & Alex) are at the quarry. I like how it showed all six of them united together.

Also, I would want my "I want you to see me" speech shown.
