Nope. Whatever site you are using doesn't allow linking for free accounts. The message says to upgrade your account if you want to link. What sometimes works at sites that some allow image linking is changing the file from .jpg to .txt and uploading it as a text file. You use the same html tags as you would with an image file, just use the url for the text image. That is how I link photos from Angelfire.
