"Endorsement"
Roame seeks the mayor's endorsement and an ex-porn star who may link Goldman to the drug trade; a doctor (JoBeth Williams) disdains Goldman's hefty research contribution; Adam makes a speech about his father.

Adam arranges to meet Jewel at a Latino Conference honoring his father, Roam. This becomes a den of lions against her father, Goldman. Roam unveils his re-election campaign and decides to end his affair with Cynthia. Goldman makes a hefty contribution to the hospital and to Roam's re-election campaign. Darlene makes her move to become an adult film star.  A mysterious woman may hold the key to the downfall of Roam.

I also dont think this is the last we've seen or heard of the affair..i just wish goldman woulda found out about THAT affair..cuz it woulda helped his blackmail work better...
