So this is like really really really old news, but I still find it weird.

Here's a link to the news:
entertainment.msn.com/news/eonline/042202_staley.asp

I still can't believe it took people two weeks to figure out they haven't seen him around for awhile. Two weeks! He was already decomposing man!

It really sucks he's gone though. Alice in Chains is a group I listen to a lot.

Okay, question? How does someone that famous go unaccounted for for two weeks? Wouldn't you think someone would of wanted to talk/see him with in that time? I just find that odd. Very sad, but odd. My heart goes out to his family and friends as well.

It made me think... If someone famous can go missing for a couple of weeks, unfamous people must go disappearing longer... I told me friends if I go missing for 2 days better go look for me and not 2 weeks...

No doubt! I'm right there with you! I have a feeling my friends would realize something was up after a couple days just for the simple fact that they didn't hear from me in some way...I'm so obnoxious like that! :lol E-mail, phone call, something...I'm always annoying someone, somehow! :lol Then again, maybe they'd like the peace and quiet for a change! :lol

How cool is that! I turn 27 at the end of September. So we are only a few weeks apart. :lol And for the record, I refuse to turn 30. I'll stay at 29 forever. :rollin :rollin

Jen...I was thinking about staying 21 forever! That's really cool that your only a couple weeks older than me! My mom is 27...see, she was 29 for years and years and then decided she was going to start going backwards. So, this year we're the same age! I think she needs some kind of help! :lol

It is funny... I wish I could stay 17 forever... Although, I do want to move out and such, so maybe not forever, forever... Hehe.

You know, in a way I could agree with you. I couldn't stand not having my own freedom. All the rules. The parents. So 18 came and I left. Yes, I lived it up. Freedom all the way. BUT it came with huge amounts of responsibilities. So I could say it's cool to move out, but then I could also look back and say stay at home and live it up. No bills. No worries. :lol :rollin

Yeah... That's kinda why I want to stay 17... But I swear I will die if I stay with my family any longer... I need to get out. I need to get away... Hehe. But I know to wait until the time is right... Anyway, I don't plan to move that far away... :) Ya know, close enough to have my clothes washed every once in a while... :lol
No, I'm just kidding... I think...

Trust me...you're not kidding! You will learn to love anything that is free! Meals, mom doing laundry...even you doing laundry at mom's...trust me! The less you have to pay for things the happier you'll be. I've come to realize that I really liked high school. We couldn't wait to get out and go to college and be all grown-up...yeah, that's overrated! :lol I would do just about anything to not have and bills (with ya there, Jen) or any major responsibilites! I would like to just be able to worry about what I'm going to wear today...you know, simple worries!
