Nope - dont know how to swim. Altho now that I have a child, think I'm gonna be learning to swim, so I can go snorkeling. lol

Twice, yes I tried it on someone and they tried it on me. I felt heat on my shoulders without them to touching me. The second time I was highly stressed and was cold down one side and warm on the other. This was unusual I think.

What was the last thing you ate ?

Working from home 9 to 5 no weekends or dealing with customers. Apart from that I like care work which I am in now.
