Soooo... I know I would like to learn some healthy dessert recipes, since I do have a weakness for chocolate :lol And other habits anyone has found that help them stay healthy, etc. :)

Here's another habit - drinking plenty of water throughout the day - the more, the better. :thumbsup

Ok, ok...I did give up pop in January and the only thing I drink anymore is water...lots and lots of water!

Hannah loves fruits and veggies. She gets the little applesauce pouches, gummies, etc

That's awesome! :clap I gave up my pepsi-a-day habit about six years ago; occasionally I will drink one, but for the most part I stick to water, tea and juice :)

Those applesauce pouches are awesome! I'm always on the go and forget to eat, so they really do come in handy :clap I have the strawberry-apple ones in my fridge right now :drink

Due to health issues I've had to force myself to learn healthy eating habits it pretty much consists of no salt or sugar diet.

There's no such thing as a NO carb diet since everything we eat including veggies has carbs but, there is such thing as a LOW carb diet, I am still learning that one.

That b/s chicken breasts are a lot healthier then any other meat out there except freshwater fish, and soups and green salads are the best diet foods out there which I later found out that I eat like a diabetic and I'm not even a diabetic. lol

I still cheat once in a while because everyone needs comfort foods once in a while on those down days but, that tofu crap I would like to know wth were they thinking when they made that chit. :crazy And to think people actually eat tofu turkey every year makes me wonder what's wrong with them. :glare
