Due to health issues I've had to force myself to learn healthy eating habits it pretty much consists of no salt or sugar diet.
There's no such thing as a
NO carb diet since everything we eat including veggies has carbs but, there is such thing as a
LOW carb diet, I am still learning that one.
That b/s chicken breasts are a lot healthier then any other meat out there except freshwater fish, and soups and green salads are the best diet foods out there which I later found out that I eat like a diabetic and I'm not even a diabetic. lol
I still cheat once in a while because everyone needs comfort foods once in a while on those down days but, that tofu crap I would like to know wth were they thinking when they made that chit.

And to think people actually eat tofu turkey every year makes me wonder what's wrong with them.
