I wouldn't say I had been on a lot of bad dates really. I broke up with someone last year as he was more into gaming than the real world hard to talk too. Guess when I went out with him I got more conversation from his friends than him. That says a lot I guess.

Yeah, that's kinda... sad, to be honest. People who value video games above having a real-life relationship, platonic or otherwise :sad2

I've been on some pretty terrible dates :drink

Though, the worst one was probably getting the brush-off the second I got home, because I wasn't willing to pretend we were "just friends." :crazy

Oh dear. I went through a bad patch last year went out with boyfriend as mentioned up there got a
Little drunk and ended up going home with his best friend

Yikes! I remember going out with someone who, was super cute, but I ended up paying and then got the whole "well I drove us around" speech. Um, yeah, and I paid for dinner, you git... :lol

I remember a guy at work who expected his date to pay half of everything even a cheap meal. He was young and was cheap :lol

now he thinks he has three on the go. Can't afford one so...

Haha, wow... I'm kind of old-fashioned, and I think there are exceptions to some rules, but if you deliberately ask someone else out for a meal - it's implied that you are offering to treat them :thumbsup

Yes I think that too and it should be the guy offering most of my dates haven't been to bad that way but date someone who works part time isn't good. This one I dated would spend all his money on guitars and computer upgrades. I did the groupie thing for a while.

Oh I did. He was not impressed but we had been together a while and it was so not working. His friend with long hair :thud

turned up and on a night out when my ex left us together well...

Been together almost two years now. He has two kids with his ex which we have every three weeks and she had a baby claiming it was his but no. What drama..

Why no dating :lol

worst thing he he is dating someone who works for the same company that the people I work with think she looks a little strange. Way to close for comfort. But after I broke up with him he was trying to make it clear he had options... I actually miss his parents more than him.

Just so happens John (my boyfriend) is very into shamanism and has been described as a healer of sorts its interesting. So marriage is out but hand binding is in :lol
