MD! So cool to see you! :lol :jump :jump2 :jump3

Oh and I don't really know of alot of Slash boards but we do have a link in our ezboard link ring at the bottom for a Slash fanfic board which I believe has some C&L fic.

And I don't know, can I disagree with you? :lol I really just don't see the connection between Clark and Lana with M&L. They just don't even seem to resemble each other in my mind for some reason. Of course my opinion was that Lana kicked ass and I really do like her character and am looking forward to this season with them if it's done right. ;)

I do also love Lex and love his character relationship with Clark but not on the slash level. More on the Evil vs Good issues and I'm really hoping to see them as friends throughout this season as well. I really like the whole working against each other but also working with each other levels. I find it interesting.

Of course I'm really just happy on the shallow end of it to see Superman half undressed each week. :lol Doesn't take much to make a rabbit happy. :lol :drink

Yes, you can disagree with me. :b (On stuff like this, I mean. On the Tess issue, you know how I get. :tantrum )

Well, first of all let me say I think Tom Welling is cuter than Jason Behr. :) And it makes me very happy to see him half-naked. But Clark and Lana do have the dark haired boy/girl thing Max and Liz did, and the whole shy-boy-loving-local-girl-from-afar thing. And he is, of course, like Max, an alien. But I think I like Liz more than I like Lana, even if Kristen Kreuk is sometimes a better actress. I think her character just doesn't have enough depth for me. And she wears too much pink! :lol :

But back to the topic... I think Clark and Lex are very interesting on many different levels, and it's cool whichever way you choose to look at them.

P.S. It's good to see you too, Bunnie!

You've got that part damn right! :lol :lol Seeing him in that Tshirt last week put Jason to shame. :drink

Let's see... never noticed the pink :lol I sort of see where your heading with the comparison but I just don't relate the two. IF anything after last night I relate Clark more to a Dawsons Character. Alot of people say that Lana's character doesn't have enough depth, but I must be in another land since I feel she does. Her inner character is going in all different directions. Like she was a cheerleader and then just gave it up it wasn't her.. Talked about her parents and then her inner desires made her feel like that was all there was to herself and she was stupid talking about them, she gets torn between being so nice and doing what she really wants, She is in a huge triangle and is feeling terrible at herself. Whitney who she has known and been with (loved?) for the longest time and this new infactuation with Clark. Who she should be with? And when Whitneys father was sick the guilt of staying with him consumed her. Wanting to get out of Smallville one day, the relationship she has with Nell, but mainly all her struggles on the inside and which directions she should go in...

Okay, Okay.. you guys go ahead and tear my post apart now. :drink

After over a week, I am finally back - sorry!

OK, I see your point about Lana. And it makes a lot of sense when you say she's conflicted over her identity and over Whitney and all. I just don't find the character very interesting. Maybe it's her portrayal of Lana more than the actual Lana character story that I don't like. Wow, we have strayed from Clark/Lex here, haven't we...

Yeah, I definitely agree with you there. I think that's what it really boils down to. You either are attached to the person who plays the character or your not. You may still enjoy that characters storyline to a certain extent, but the character itself doesn't do it for you. :lol :lol

Now onto the Lex and Clark... how bout the leather next week? :drink Now wouldn't that be fun?! Clark and Lex evil together. Oh the joy! :rollin

That would be beautiful! I couldn't help it - I saw Clark in all that black leather and thought immediately, NasedoClark! It looks like another very "Clark is hetero, dammit" episode but with all that leather it does have some very good Clex potential. :)

I don't understand Nasedo!Clark - could you explain?

I'm looking forward to Clark in leather, myself. And I hope Lex is in the episode as well.

So far, I've been quite pleased with the episodes this season on all counts, and I like the way Welling is playing Clark - he seems more mature than he was last season, and yet he's still boyish. While Lex has a whole new set of problems.

I like the massive game of spaceship, spaceship, who's got the spaceship.

I still think the interaction between Clark and Lex is the most interesting part of each episode.

Sorry I took so long to respond here... when I said Nasedo Clark it was a Roswell reference -- when Nasedo, the shapeshifter, took Max's shape, it was like Evil Max (he also had a leather jacket).

I'm really liking this season, too! Loved the whole penthouse in Metropolis thing from Red... good to see the homoeroticism is alive and well. :-)
