Gee the only movie that comes to mind is Dirty Dancing- but the line I think of is "No one puts Baby in a corner". Hmmmm.. The other line might be in there, although I could be wrong. Hint please ;)

Ok its a cheezy comedy movie that probally should have never been made. Ok it the first word starts with A the second word starts with P and the number 2 is at the end. (meaning it's the second movie not the first) hope that helps ;)

Okay, a few hints.. it has 2 sequels (3 althogether). They are action-based movies. Great movies, btw. :lol Ummm... He always says that line when he's about to strike his enemies :lol3 I could tell you the letters of the movie, but it would really give it away, as well as who is the star in it.
