Yes, I agree with that theory 100%. I only recently changed my mind with the storylines starting last year... They switched the roles and Stephan became the "evil" one and Damon became the "good" one.. and I ended up falling for Damon. Hey, it happens with great writing!

YES! It's a wild trip! Even my sister LOVED Stephan (still thinks he's hotter) and couldn't stand Damon in the beginning (he's so ugly blah blah) and then last year that was it, she fell all over him... I don't know if it's the great writing or his GREAT acting... but it plays with your head big time! (She still loves Stephan but wants Elana with Damon now..) haha You might just need to read some old transcripts or skip over a season to get to the good stuff!

Yeah, I love them both. But it's definitely an emotional rollercoaster. And even weirder is did you know the books have it written the other way around? Damon is the good guy and Stephan is the evil one?

I liked Stephan at the start but then Damon grew on me as the bad boy but I don't like the way things have worked out on the show. Sire nonsense.

I'm with you Khalessi... I also loved Stephan at the first season, maybe even the second a little... but I don't know if it was Damon's character (acting) or the storyline but I became glued to him after that... especially with Elana... now, I also agree about the crap called sire bond... but I could go down a list of stuff I think were the worst ideas EVER as far as storylines go...
