And the punchline is a twist. The bartend says there's a drink named after the bug (meaning a Grasshopper). The bug, missing the point, says "THere's a drink named Doug?" In that, it's funny. YOu could insert any guy's name.

:) I just love that she asked him to tell her a joke and he was like "ok" and rattled one off. And wasn't afraid to look stupid because it was cheesy.

Telling cheesy jokes without fear is the mark of a good friend. Or my zoo prof...he told a REALLY bad one today. "There's a reason we gave you the joke book," someone told him. ;)
