It was a brutal last five minutes, was it not? Kevin Weisman tells me there's a big ep coming up for him, in which we see his wife and son: "I am abducted once again. I was abducted once in season two, but this time Marshall has matured; he is a father, he's thinking about his son and wife, and so Marshall doesn't crack this time. That's all I'm saying. Marshall does not crack! And I am tortured. We already shot that. It was fun. My fingernails were removed. There's still a little fake blood in there."

Sounds like Michael Vartan (Vaughn) is working his way back into APO. Says Rachel Gibson: "Today's actually the first day I've ever had the chance to do a scene with Michael Vartan. He doesn't have any lines and I only have one line, but we're sitting close to each other at the APO table! That's been one of the nicest, coolest, most fun things about this second half of the season. Knowing that it was going to be the last season, everybody who was ever on the show has come back! Bradley Cooper came back for an episode, which was great! Greg Grunberg had come back for his episode. Lena Olin's back. Michael Vartan's alive. Anna Espinosa has come back. Sark is obviously back and badder than ever. And that's been the most fun thing. All these characters that I've seen for so long, and people that I've respected on the show, I get to meet."
