I downloaded a music video adn it had a scene in it i have never seen before and i was wondering if someone could tell the episode it was in. It is of Vaughn and Weiss picking up Sydney off a floor and it looks like weiss is either tying her up or untying her, and while Weiss is doin this Vaughn takes off a ski mask and starts talkin to sydney but it looks like he is talkin to her VERY firmly. Kat...I watched the video and if I'm looking at the same scene you are talking about it is from Season One, Episode 17, Q&A. Vaughn, Weiss, and Jack are extracting Sydney from the FBI so she can get to Italy to disprove Rambaldi's prophecy. Hope that helps.
