I do agree. I think Jack is in on it. But I also think that maybe He and Emily are in on it together.

I just think that one second you think Jack is sort of "bad" but the next he is "good". So what better way to continue his character but to make it look like he was messing with Sloane but at the same time helped Emily save her life and she is in on the revenge too. Remember someone came in his house and made all the flowers grow again. She could of gotten in without the alarm going off, no one else. He didn't even tell Jack that part. Yes, my brilliant idea.

When Sloane got that called and asked for it to be recorded, than asked Sark to go away...he kind of gave him an interesting look.
