It is nice to be back on boards again. I used to love them reading fictional stories and leaving feedback. Only ever read Roswell though. Where else do you post?

and well... I just wanted to say that I had to do deliveries today (my job) and had to go downtown to Buckhead and anyway, I had the boys in the car with me and we took the toll road 400 and they both look at me and say... "Isn't this the opening credits of The Walking Dead?" and I wasn't 100 percent sure until I just came in here... and well, yep- this background is where we were today!  :rollin (But it's much prettier IRL) LOL

Oh I am so jealous of the both of you living so close to where my favourite programmes get filmed. What do I get in Scotland.. nothing. I want a hot vampire / zombie TV show over here

Oh my god that just looks wicked. Compared to where I live. Just making me more jealous all we have going for us here is bloody Nessie and not even it can be bothered to make an appearance

Yeah, it's not the "exact" same shot as here... but you can see portions of it. Obviously, there is NO train or tracks on the right side of the road (they added stuff ) And I'm not sure when those pictures were taken (found them on google) but today when we drove through- it did have that road crossing over that we drove under (so that must have been added recently.) OH and our traffic on most days looks exactly like the Zombie one-- dead stop-- but BOTH ways!

I love the pictures you are very lucky to be seeing that so u just need some zombies Where I live isn't very built up it looks lovely where you are and the weather. We had snow last week and today it was sunny. Very changeable

Yeah... well, it's pretty outside right now, but summer time here is VERY HOT  Unless you are by a pool you don't even want to be outside it's that miserable. But we do get almost all seasons, very rarely do we get snow. Usually, they film the show down by Peachtree City which is about 45 minutes south of this downtown spot you're looking at. And I might just see some zombies one of these days!

Oh my god lol like the video I put up... run. We tend to get very changeable weather from snow one day to sun another but hope summer will be good. I can't believe you live so close to where they film. You could be a Walker extra in it

Oh my god you will have to tell us which one she is in. Is she an actress ? That would be awesome going along to see zombie make up would be cool though. Still vampire diaries rock too

No, she isn't really an actress- but she's done a TON of extra work- all in movies though. So this will be her first time in a TV show. And um... of course I would report back here ASAP. With every possible picture and detail I could get my hands on! Yesterday, I was watching some behind the scenes and I just loved watching the videos... I'll start a new thread and post some u-tube videos. (But honestly, you can find a TON of them on the AMC official site.)

Sounds good. I just never see to have enough hours in the day just now. Got two days off working coming up and can't wait. Your sister must be delighted to be getting to play a part in it. I would be so nervous.
Look forward to seeing some. I don't have any of the walking dead on DVD just watch it online as its cheaper and I get to see it quicker

I know! I would be nervous too... but she's always excited- she loved doing the movies. She does it just for fun, her real passion is singing though.

Ah is she in a band? I knew someone who was an extra on a Scottish show a very long time ago called taggart. I would love to have been an actress was very into drama at school

I got married at 17 left school was too young and naive. What do you o for work ?
My ex is was in a band or two or three nothing took off for them though. So how are you getting on with sons of anarchy?
