Jen died of some kind of heart condition...something about her heart not pumping blood properly and it was constricting her lungs...I don't know, it was all technical, but you get the drift. I don't think she ever actually said who the father of her baby was. She just said something about her boyfriend getting her knocked up and then leaving. Dawson was living in LA producing a show called "The Creek," which is, you guessed it, just like DC.

Jen dying had to be the single most saddest thing I've seen all year. I haven't cried that much in a long time! The video she made for her little girl, and then when she finally caved and told Pacey she was mad and that she didn't want to die. OMG! I was sobbing!
