-Here is a scene where Charlie joins Pacey, Audrey, and Joey for the roadtrip:
Quote:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
CHARLIE: You guys rock!
He gets into the car. Everyone's a little speechless at his presumptuousness. Pacey doesn't know what to say.
JOEY: I'm really sorry, Pace. No one planned on this.
PACEY: I'm pretty sure he did.
Joey gets into the back seat with Charlie.
PACEY (cont'd): Missed his ride. You realize he's just stalking Joey?
AUDREY: Hello. Present love interest. Right in front of you. (credit The Wicked Bostonian at PN)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-This is part of a Joey/Charlie scene:
Quote:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
CHARLIE: Me... you.. a big back seat.
JOEY: This back seat has no implications
CHARLIE: I didn't say that it did.
JOEY: This is strictly business.
CHARLIE: All my back seat transactions are. (credit The Wicked Bostonian at PN)

-This is a portion of a Pacey/Audrey scene:
Quote:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
PACEY: Did I miss something?
AUDREY: I can't believe you want to punch a guy in the face for me. That's so... disturbingly cute.
PACEY: Really?
AUDREY: Really. I don't know, your menace was sickening me before, but now that it's about me and not just a @#%$ fight, I kind of want to take you into that sleazy motel and have my way with you. (credit Jason at dc.com)

-This is part of a Joey/Charlie scene:
Quote:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Charlie smiles and reclines on the lounge chair beside Joey.
CHARLIE: Nervous?
JOEY: About what's going to happen after the prom? I think I will be okay.
CHARLIE: Did you and Pacey go to the prom together?
JOEY: We did indeed.
CHARLIE: It must be strange, having him in there with your roommate.
JOEY: That's the way we like to do things around here. Aren't you the guy who met my friend Jen--
CHARLIE: --Okay, okay. No need to rehash. So is he the only guy you ever had sex with?
Joey's a little taken back by this question.
JOEY: That's so inappropriate. On so many levels.
CHARLIE: What? I'm just trying to cut to the chase, here. I mean, how long do we have to banter before we can have a serious conversation?
JOEY: Why do we need to have a serious conversation?
CHARLIE: We don't, I guess. I just can't figure out why you wouldn't want to make a new friend. The rest of your friends are all sleeping together.
She's really offended. For about 5 minutes. Then she starts laughing.
JOEY: You got me there. Yes, he's the only one. I suppose you think that's pathetic.
CHARLIE: Not at all. Is that why you're so defensive with me?
JOEY: Because I had sex with Pacey? Yes, exactly. (credit TWB at PN)

-This is another scene between Joey and Charlie:
Quote:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
JOEY: Goodnight, Charlie.
CHARLIE: See you later, Joey.
She watches him walk away, smiling ever so slightly to herself. Just then, he turns around...
CHARLIE: You were really great tonight.
JOEY: Well, you kinda helped me out there.
CHARLIE: You didn't need it. I just couldn't resist the urge.
JOEY: To what?
CHARLIE: Be close to something that amazing.
She doesn't know how to respond to that... just a smile. Charlie smiles back and disappears around the corner. (credit TWB at PN)

-Jen and Jack have a scene together:
Quote:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
JEN: Is this a new kind of orange juice?
JACK: I think it's some pulp instead of tons of pulp.
JEN: Interesting.
JACK: I'm more of a no pulp kind of guy.
JEN: Hmmmm.
JACK: Yeah
A beat. Jack takes a swig of the orange juice. Finally, Jen can't take it. She blurts:
JEN: I think I need to break up with Dawson.
Jack chokes on his orange juice. Before he gets his breath back, Dawson walks back in.
DAWSON: We ready to go?
Jen jumps up, chipper.
JEN: Yes, let's go. Jack, put some pants on. (credit TWB at PN)

***JOEY DROPS OFF A GIFT AT DAWSON'S HOUSE FOR LILY. SHE TELLS DAWSON SHE CAN'T STAY BECAUSE SHE HAS TO GO DO A FAVOR FOR CHARLIE. SHE DOESN'T GO INTO DETAIL WITH HIM. IT'S BECAUSE OF LILY'S PRESENT THAT MAKES DAWSON START REGAINING FEELINGS FOR JOEY. (credit sharone at PN)

-Dawson and Gale have a scene together:
Quote:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
GALE:We forgot to open this.
DAWSON: From Joey...
He holds it in his hand, looking at it thoughtfully.
GALE: It's strange not having her here.
DAWSON: That's what I was just thinking.
GALE: She's such an intrinsic part of this family. I almost kept turning to say something to her tonight.
DAWSON: Yeah, it's funny. Some moments are just Joey requirements.
Dawson sits alone in the dimly lit room for a moment, looking down at Joey's gift. He opens it. It's a beautiful hand-bound book. Dawson opens it... it's a baby book of sorts. Joey's done sketches of Lily over the course of the past year, probably from pictures. There's a sketch of Lily and Mitch at the hospital, of Dawson and Lily in the yard. Even though she's hundreds of miles away, it's very much a Dawson and Joey moment. Dawson sits beside his sleeping sister, turning the pages of the book slowly in wonder. (credit TWB at PN)

-Joey is with Pacey and they have an innocent conversation before she goes to Charlie's room in the final scene. (credit Jess at PN)
-This is the final scripted scene in this episode:
Quote:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Joey stands with her hand on the doorknob to room #7, nervous as hell. She seems to talk herself into it, takes a breath and steps ... ... inside. The room is dimly lit. Almost romantic. Joey's eyes sweep over the room almost expectantly. Her gaze falls on the bed. Where Charlie is lying fast asleep. Joey walks over softly to the bed and sits down besides him, taking him in, watching him sleep. He's so innocent, a smile creeps across her face. She takes off her shoes and her coat, making herself more comfortable. Then she pulls back the covers and creeps into bed beside him, gently covering him. Charlie stirs in his sleep, but doesn't wake. The bed is small. Joey carefully curls up next to him, close enough to feel him breathing. We watch them from above, Joey Potter lying next to this sleeping boy. Completely unable to sleep ... (credit TWB at PN)
